These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Sample Organizer (the "Software") and this website. By purchasing or using Sample Organizer, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
When you purchase Sample Organizer, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to 3 machines that you own or control, for as long as you comply with these Terms.
This is a license, not a sale of the underlying software. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key with others.
2. Payment
Sample Organizer is a one-time purchase of $9.99 USD. There are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as our merchant of record.
3. License Activation
Your license key can be activated on up to 3 machines at a time. You may deactivate a machine and activate a new one at any time through the Software. Online activation is required once; after that, the Software functions offline.
4. Updates
Free updates to Sample Organizer are included with your purchase for as long as the product is supported. We may add, change, or remove features in future updates.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except as permitted by law
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent license activation or enforcement
- Use the Software for any unlawful purpose
7. Intellectual Property
Sample Organizer, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your license grants you the right to use the Software; it does not transfer ownership of it.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
