Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Sample Organizer. If you're not, we offer refunds under the following terms.

14-Day Refund Window

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@sampleorganizerapp.com with your order number or the email address used at checkout. Refund requests are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your license key will be deactivated and can no longer be used to activate the plugin on any machine.

Exceptions

• Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles) may result in denial of future refund requests.

Payment Processing

All purchases are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
